While Verizon hasn't let slip how much they'll charge for the new LTE-ified MiFi, I wouldn't be shocked to see them price it competitively with Sprint's $50, WiMAX version. The diminutive MiFi devices from Novatel have always been popular among customers that need connectivity for multiple devices on the go, with Verizon even going so far as to offer a MiFi packed in with WiFi iPads last year. The Novatel MiFi 4510L will offer download speeds of 5 to 12Mbps when connected to Verizon's 4G network, but will be able to fall back onto 3G when away from LTE coverage. Just a couple of days ago, we saw Sprint announce a WiMAX-ready version of Novatel's popular MiFi hotspot, and today Verizon let us know that they, too, will be getting in on the 4G MiFi fun.
